Magic Garden snaps up LI Award
We’re absolutely delighted that the Magic Garden has won the Landscape Institute Award 2017 for Design for a Small Scale Development.
It was a particular honour to win the award, given the quality of the other schemes in the category. The awards were announced at a ceremony in London last week, jointly hosted by Romy Rawlings together with best-selling author Bill Bryson.
The Magic Garden was officially opened by the Duchess of Cambridge last year, which was pretty special, and in its first year it has more than fulfilled its intended purpose for our client, Historic Royal Palaces which is fantastic. But this award recognises our own creativity and landscape design expertise, and puts the stamp on it among our peers.
Robert Myers commented, “I’d like to say a big ‘thank you’ to the LI for giving us this award, which crowns the project and recognises the commitment of all the people who worked with us to create a garden of such high quality.”
